These things together portray the image of Mick not giving an arrogant expression about everything else, just by the way he is sitting his body language he is cooly lounging on the floor. indicates that to the audience. As he is in a scruffy area with his expensive car and top of the range suit with a facial expression of 'yeah and what' he couldn't care about his things getting ruined and he literally wants to rock and roll. this image is not just a coincidence as it portrays his bad boy image.
The fact that he is in a top the range suit with a new, shiny, expensive car but the house in the background is being built and unlike the other aspects of the picture is not linked to the luxury fame and wealth that Mick Jagger perceives. This picture shows that he has a lot of money and this is shown because he has the car and the suit. The house is almost the opposite to the other aspects of the picture and his facial expression shows that he doesn't care about all the money he has. I think this because if he did then he would be there smiling with a mansion in the background but his body language shows that he has a laid back approach to life and doesn't really care what anybody thinks or has to say.
